New Policies

Policies for the school are reviewed at Governors meetings on a regular cycle and the updated versions are then put on the website. To try and allow parents more opportunities to be involved with the policies, it was decided that we should now give parents an opportunity to review the
policies before they are officially accepted. To allow this to happen we have now put newly updated policies into a pending section which can be found under the policies section of the website. Parents will then be sent a text to allow them to know when the policies have been uploaded and will be given a few weeks to send any comments to the Chair of Governors at

Violin Tuition

A violin teacher is interested in teaching violin lessons to pupils in Little Heath if there are enough children interested. If you would like your child to learn to play the violin please inform the school office.

Tesco Bags of Help

I am pleased to inform you that we have received £2000 through the ‘Tesco Bags of Life’ scheme to add to our fitness equipment in the KS2 playground. I would like to thank everyone who placed a plastic disc into our section when they went shopping in Tesco’s and I would like to especially thank Caroline Lofts who completed the application for us to be considered for this award. We will buy the equipment in the new year.

And Finally…..

Please remember that Tuesday, 19 th December is the last day of term and we finish at 2.00pm. May I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. I look forward to seeing you all again on Thursday, 4 th January.
Yours sincerely,

K. A. Custis
